We have had no problems with this service other than we can not pay our bill on-line. Yes its nice going in to the "country store" to pay my bill but sometimes we would like to have the choice of snail mail, in person or on-line. I go buy that store every day sometimes 2-3 times and there's not no more than 1-2 car there ever, guess because it has no pumps. I do think that people would pay more on time and the would not see to much a differece in their walk-in traffice since it is a small store and most everybody goes in there to pay their bill and not to buy stuff.
